Boil potatoes till tender when poked with a fork. Skins easily slide off after they are cooked. Cut them up into chunks. Some people like small even sized pieces. I generally attempt not to bleed while cooking. Knives are not my friend. I opted for larger pieces. Suit yourself on the size of the chunks. |
Mix it all together till gushy and garnish with paprika and FRESH CHOPPED DILL. Not only beautiful -- very delightful flavor!!
